2024 HDEAA Annual General Meeting
Per the Constitution & Bylaws, each year the Union shall hold an Annual General Meeting in April/May. Accordingly we have scheduled our AGM for Thursday, May 30th, 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
In this meeting we will review reports detailing the activities of the HDEAA committees over the past year, ratify the slate of Elected Executive, receive a financial report of the current year to date, discuss and vote on amendments to the Constitution & Bylaws, and hear a report on the 2023/2024 Union year.

We ask that you pre-register your attendance using the link below. Registration will close on Thursday, May 30th at 10:00 am. Registrants will receive a link to the Google Meet on Thursday May 30th at 12:00 pm.
